Trixie leads a very busy life, currently team manager for Lewes Swimming Club and Brownie leader at 1st Peacehaven Brownies; both time consuming roles which have fit fit around work and also caring for an elderely parent. There's also the odd bit of cooking and cleaning to be done at home in a household of six people.

Trixie has been involved with the Brownies for over thrity years, first starting as a young leader with 6th Hayes Brownies in 1978. Later after a couple of years break moving on to 2nd Hayes Brownies from 1988 to 2008. Since 2008 she has been the leaderat 1st Peacehaven Brownies.

As Team manager for Lewes Swimming Club there is a huge amount of work to do. LSC takes part in about eight team galas per year. Giving swimmers from 9 years to adult an opportunity to compete against other clubs and improve their PB's.
